The Confirmit platform is available through two delivery models, On-Demand (Software-as-a-Service) and On-Premise, to ensure that it meets the specific needs of your business.

The solution you choose depends on your requirements for performance and scale, and your IT management capabilities. Typically, our larger customers with high survey and participant volumes select the On-Premise solution, while customers surveying between 10,000 and 1,000,000 respondents per year select the On-Demand environment.

Whether you choose our On-Demand or On-Premise platform, you can scale your operations to suit the changing demands of your business. Both solutions allow you to handle high-volume data collection or reporting needs, the only difference being whether the servers are locally installed or not. For On-Premise customers, Confirmit can run on as few as two servers, but can easily be scaled up to meet larger requirements.

By accessing the platform through Confirmit.com, you can work on your survey projects wherever and whenever you have Internet access. All that is required is your username and password.
On-Demand Secure Hosting
Our On-Demand or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provides access to a shared, secure environment via the Web. This environment is managed by Confirmit and hosted by Rackspace at two locations: one in Dallas, Texas, in the US, and one in London, UK.

Confirmit On-Premise is an ideal choice for operations with high volumes of data collection or reporting activity. This delivery model gives you full access to the functionality of Confirmit while containing the solution within your organization’s infrastructure, which may be a requirement of your integration or security policies. Confirmit On-Premise is supported by experienced consultants in Europe and the US, a set of thorough documentation and Best Practice recommendations, and online technical knowledge bases.
